RUNtrix, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of its users (“user” or “you”) across our website located at https://runtrix.com, our mobile applications, and related services, including training plans, RUNtrix+, RUNtrix Team, coaching portals, and third-party integrations (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights and choices. By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Our Services are hosted in the United States and governed by U.S. law. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the U.S.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect both Non-Personally Identifying Information (e.g., device type, browser, IP address, usage statistics) and Personally Identifying Information (e.g., name, email, payment info). Because RUNtrix is a running and fitness platform, we may also collect:

• Training & Health Data: workout history, GPS routes, mileage, run surfaces, pace, cadence, heart rate, sleep, injury dates, and notes you log.
• Device & Integration Data: information shared via connected accounts (e.g., Garmin Connect, Apple HealthKit, COROS, Google Fit).
• Team & Coaching Data: roster information, team codes, announcements, chat messages, and shared documents.
• Payment Data: subscription details and transactions processed securely by Paddle (we do not store credit card numbers).

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

1. Deliver and improve our Services;
2. Personalize training plans, feedback, and app features;
3. Provide customer support and account management;
4. Process payments and subscriptions;
5. Enable team and coaching features;
6. Conduct analytics, research, and product development;
7. Send service announcements and marketing (where permitted);
8. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

• Paddle: Processes subscription payments; RUNtrix does not store credit card details.
• Garmin, Apple HealthKit, COROS, Google Fit: If you connect your account, data from those platforms may be imported into RUNtrix. You control what data is shared via your integration settings.
• Analytics & Advertising: We use Google Analytics and similar tools. You can opt out of Google Analytics via tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not sell your personal information.

COOKIES, TRACKING & DO-NOT-TRACK

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our Services. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may disclose your information to comply with law; to protect the safety, rights, or property of RUNtrix and others; to service providers who perform functions for us (e.g., payments, hosting, analytics); and in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger, acquisition).

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing (RUNtrix does not sell your data), and limit use of sensitive personal information (e.g., health data). European Union & UK (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Our lawful bases for processing may include consent, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests.

CHILDREN

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (COPPA compliance). If we discover such data, we will delete it.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. We may also retain limited data for legal, security, and business continuity purposes. Workout and log data may remain unless you request deletion.

SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure storage, to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. We may also notify you by email or in-app if material changes occur.
